Precious was Born in Bossier City, LA, but raised in Central Florida, she has hospitality and the love of assisting people in her veins.  With a passion for excellence and a personal familiarity with all aspects of Florida living, Precious is well suited to assist anyone with buying or selling real estate in the Sunshine State.  

Precious grew up in Sanford, FL, the city seat of Seminole County. Prior to becoming a licensed realtor, Precious spent over 20 years in the legal field as a legal assistant/paralegal, working in prestigious firms throughout Central Florida for shareholders and partners as a result of her determination, self-motivation, and ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail. These qualities allow her real estate clients to rest assure that she will get the job done when it comes to closing any real estate transaction. 

Precious has a "eye" for making a house a home and has built a team of inspectors, interior designers, and vendors to assist  her with making a clients purchased home look like a model home and somewhere you love coming home to or, stage a property being sold to assist potential buyers with visualizing the ultimate potential of the property. Precious' infectious personality and "can do" attitude makes her the ideal agent to assist clients through one of the biggest investments anyone can make.  

When Precious is not assisting clients with achieving their real estate dreams, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, traveling, and creating memories with her family and friends.
